Project 2 — Broken Torsion Spring Replacement

Hollywood, Broward

A snapped, rusted torsion spring left the door dead on the floor. Both springs were replaced as a matched, cycle-rated pair and the door re-balanced.

Project 3 — Chain Drive Swapped for Quiet Belt Drive

Coral Gables, Miami-Dade

A twenty-year-old chain opener rattled the bedroom above the garage. It was replaced with a quiet belt-drive unit with LED lighting and tidy wiring.

Project 4 — Off-Track Door, Cable and Roller Rebuild

Pembroke Pines, Broward

A frayed cable pulled the door off its bent track. We straightened the run, replaced the track section, fitted new nylon rollers, and re-cabled both sides.

Project 5 — Weather Seal and Threshold Reseal

Miami Beach, Miami-Dade

Cracked bottom gasket let rain and salt spray into the garage. A new full-length gasket and perimeter stop seal closed the gap against the slab.
