Process
What actually happens when we come out
No mystery pricing and no upsell theater. Here is the sequence every garage door job follows.
- 1
Tell us what the door is doing
Book in the on-page assistant or call 305-360-0342. Noise, a bang, a door stuck halfway, a crooked panel — the symptom usually narrows it to one or two parts before we arrive.
- 2
Arrival window you can plan around
We confirm a window for your Miami-Dade or Broward address and text when the technician is on the way. No all-day waiting.
- 3
Full 21-point door inspection
Springs, cables, drums, bearings, rollers, hinges, track alignment, opener travel and force, safety sensors, and seals are all checked and balance-tested by hand.
- 4
Written price before any work
You see the parts, the labor, and the options — repair now versus replace later — in plain language. Nothing gets touched until you approve it.
- 5
Repair completed on site
The truck carries springs, cables, rollers, hinges, sensors, seals, remotes, and common opener parts, so the majority of repairs are finished on the first visit.
- 6
Cycle test, tune, and cleanup
We run the door through full cycles, re-balance, lubricate, verify auto-reverse safety, program your remotes, and haul away every old part.
Safety note for broken springs
A sectional door weighs 150–350 lbs and the springs hold nearly all of it. If a spring has snapped, keep the door closed, keep children and vehicles clear, and do not force the opener. Call 305-360-0342 and we will handle it with the right winding bars.
