Terms of Service
The basics of how we quote, schedule, and stand behind garage door work.
Estimates
Prices quoted by phone or through the scheduling assistant are preliminary. A firm price is given on site after inspection and before any work begins. You approve the price before we start.
Scheduling and access
Arrival windows are estimates and can shift with traffic and emergency calls. An adult must provide access to the garage and the electrical supply for the visit.
Workmanship and parts
Our labor is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty supplied with them. Warranties do not cover storm damage, vehicle impact, misuse, or work later altered by others.
Existing conditions
Older doors, headers, jambs, and framing may reveal further wear once the door is dismantled. We will stop and inform you before performing additional work or incurring additional cost.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Special-order doors and hardware may require a deposit and are non-refundable once ordered.
